LOCATION: We are centrally located in the small town of Sawbridgeworth in Hertfordshire, approximately halfway between the old market town of Bishops Stortford and the new town of Harlow. We are within easy walking distance of local shops, pubs and restaurants. Sawbridgeworth railway station is about 500 yards away with frequent trains to London, Cambridge, Harlow and Bishops Stortford for Stansted Airport. There is access by road to the M11 motorway for London, Cambridge, and Stansted Airport (which is 7 miles away). Local bus services, about 500 yards away, connect with Harlow, Bishops Stortford and Stansted Airport.

ACCOMMODATION: Guests are accommodated in two comfortable ground floor bedrooms in a private family home situated in a quiet private residential road. Each room is furnished with twin beds. Both rooms have tea & coffee making facilities and colour television. Guests have the sole use of an upstairs bathroom, shared only with other guests. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

A choice of full English or Continental breakfast is offered from 08.00 am.

We do not provide evening meals but there are several restaurants and pubs in the town where decent meals can be obtained, all within 5 minutes walking distance.

Overnight parking is available in the road in front of the house.
